About SmartFireAlerts

SmartFireAlerts is a California-based wildfire intelligence service for vineyard operators and agricultural producers. We combine near-real-time satellite fire detections (NASA FIRMS VIIRS, NOAA GOES), official incident feeds (NIFC, CAL FIRE), and location-specific weather (OpenWeather) into actionable risk reports and alerts tailored to a vineyard's exact boundaries and assets.

The Service is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 911 and follow the guidance of CAL FIRE and local authorities. See our Terms of Service for details.

Response times

We aim to respond to support requests within one business day (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm Pacific). Security reports are prioritized.
